Identify the Root Cause for an Alert

1. Add the alert signals to one of the timeline widgets.
2. If there is interest in knowing the anomaly trends on the asset, add an SVD for the categorical signal.
3. Add timeline widgets for reviewing the different signals, including the reference signals.
4. Add a Numerical SVD chart to review how the signals behaved differently between normal and abnormal operations.
